What counts as a case?
One case is one order from a practice: a single crown, a three-unit bridge, a full arch. The units inside a case are not counted separately.
What happens the month a lab goes over 40?
Nothing stops working and nothing is billed by surprise. We get in touch, look at the real number with you, and agree a plan before anything changes.
Is there a contract?
Early access is run lab by lab. Request a demo and Dr. Zack Tilden, dentist and founder of Lecron, will walk you through what that means for your lab.
Do the dentists we work with pay anything?
No. Practices review designs, approve them and follow their cases at no charge. The lab holds the account.
Will my dentists see Lecron, or my lab?
Your lab. The portal carries your lab’s name and logo, and the messages and timeline updates your dentists get come from your lab, not from us (the term for this is white-label). Lecron stays in the background, as a small Powered by Lecron line in the footer.
