Why we started

Dentists rarely leave a lab over a bad crown. They leave over the four cases in a row where nobody could say where the work was, the approval went missing in an email thread, and the fix arrived a week after the patient was already rebooked.

None of that is a design problem. It is a coordination problem, and it is being solved today with spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and phone calls that interrupt whoever picks up. The lab knows the case is fine. The practice cannot see that, so it assumes the worst.

What we are building

One place the case lives, from the moment it arrives to the invoice it becomes. Both sides see the same record: the lab sees its queue, and the practice sees where its case is on a portal under the lab's own name, without ringing anyone.

The piece we care most about is the design review. Instead of a flat screenshot and a paragraph describing what to change, the dentist gets the design as an interactive 3D model: turn it, look at the margin, pin the comment on the exact spot. The markup lands on the view they actually saw.

Early access, onboarding labs in small batches. Every demo is run by Dr. Zack Tilden, a dentist and the founder of Lecron, rather than a salesperson, partly because the product is young enough that the honest answer to half the questions is still “not yet, here is when”.
